Holding an M.A. in Political Science and a Ph.D. in Federalism in India and Switzerland: A Comparative Study, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the institution.

In addition to her academic responsibilities, Dr. Kavitha N serves as the NSS Program Officer, actively organizing various social outreach initiatives. Under her leadership, the NSS unit has conducted numerous programs, including:
